All items and services available on Kloyra are digital, including:

  • Membership-based access to premium resources

Since these are non-physical, no physical shipping, courier delivery, or specialized packaging is required or provided.

2. Delivery Timeline

Instant Access for Digital Products Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, or another secure gateway, you will instantly receive the option to Register your Account on our website. Upon registration:

  • Your subscription/access will be immediately activated.

  • You gain immediate access to download digital products and view premium resources via your dashboard.

Service Kickoff (Agency Services) For digital marketing services (consultation, campaign setup, etc.):

  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

  • A representative from Kloyra will reach out to you within 24–48 business hours to begin the onboarding process.

If Payment Shows as Pending If your payment is under review by the payment gateway, access will be granted automatically as soon as the gateway confirms the successful transaction.

3. Delivery Method

Digital products are delivered through:

  • User Dashboard Access: Via the client area at https://kloyra.com/

  • Direct Download Links: Available in your account after a successful purchase.

  • Email Confirmation: Transaction details and access links are sent to your registered email address.

4. Failed Delivery / Access Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Unable to access your client dashboard.

  • Download links are not functioning.

  • Payment was successful but the account was not activated. Please contact us immediately at support@kloyra.com or via WhatsApp at +91 92342 20213. Please provide:

  1. Your Order ID / Transaction ID

  2. Registered email address

  3. A screenshot of the payment confirmation

We aim to resolve all access-related issues within 1–2 business hours during our standard operating times.

5. Access Duration

  • Digital Products: Access duration depends on the specific product or plan purchased.

  • Subscriptions: Access remains active as long as the subscription is in good standing. Once a subscription expires, download access and premium area access will be removed.

6. No Physical Shipping

Since Kloyra deals exclusively in digital content and professional services:

  • There are no physical packages sent to your address.

  • There are no courier tracking numbers provided.

  • There are no shipping charges or hidden delivery fees.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Dashboard Login: Successfully logging into your account serves as delivery confirmation.

  • Product Download: The act of downloading a digital file serves as usage confirmation.

  • Email Receipt: The delivery of the automated purchase receipt to your inbox serves as proof of digital delivery.

8. Responsibility of the User

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and active email address.

  • Ensuring their device is capable of opening digital files (e.g., ZIP, PDF).

  • Maintaining a stable internet connection for downloads.

  • Keeping login credentials secure. Kloyra is not responsible for delivery “loss” if account credentials are shared with unauthorized third parties.
